My aunt many years ago gave my wife a cup of sourdough starter with instructions on use and how to keep it alive. We made bread for many years . We never started a potato flake sourdough starter, but we keep that one going for many years. I found this on YouTube and it is the same as the one we used for years. Brings back many memories !
