Stan Meyer- Water As Fuel- Part One

  1. If he can build it so can I. Where are the plans?
    Sounds too good to be true and that is usually the case. I'm not saying it does not work but it sounds a lot like the fabled 200 mile per gallon carburetor however I want it to work more than you know.

  2. I think the key to it is the high voltage and high frequency to seprate the two elements.low amps consumed to do that.
