Civil Union

LGBT or GLBT is an initialism that stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender. I personally do not understand it .Me not being a doctor or psychologist . I do not know how their body or mind are wired .I just know either way they are a freak of nature. I personally have no problem even though I do not understand their life style , Not for me to judge. My problem is redefining the word marriage to fit a life style that can not reproduce. Call it what it is a ( Civil Union )an give it the same benefits as a marriage , no problem here. Smart people still get it wrong !

Global Warming

Trends in temperature readings from around the world show that global warming is taking place.
Over the past 130 years, the global average temperature has increased 1.5 degrees Fahrenheit, with more than half of that increase occurring over only the past 35 years. The pattern is unmistakable: The 12 warmest years on record have all occurred since 1998 and every one of the past 37 years has been warmer than the 20th century average . The Pope is right on and  apparent he's listening to the scientist . We live in a bubble  and  how we treat this planet does matter. Time changes everything and we have a choice for good or bad ,that's where freewill comes in to play. I will not live to see it ,but I put my money on good and God . Cause God is Good .

What is Matter?

Matter is anything that has mass. All objects are made of matter. Air, water, a brick, even

you are made of matter!

Matter is made up of smaller pieces.

Over eighty years ago, scientists thought that the atom was the smallest piece of matter.

At that time, the atom was thought to be Ôthe building block of matter.Õ

In 1932, scientists discovered that the nucleus of an atom is made of smaller particles called

protons and neutrons. Protons carry a positive charge while neutrons have no charge at all.

Protons and neutrons are each called nucleons since they are found in the nucleus. When they

were discovered, scientists thought they were the smallest piece of matter

 

As scientists did more experiments, they began to realize that there was something funny

about protons and neutrons. In 1968 they discovered that protons and neutrons are made up of

smaller particles they called quarks. Scientists discovered six different types of quarks: Up,

Down, Strange, Charm, Top and Bottom. Protons have two Up quarks and one Down quark

while neutrons have two Down quarks and one Up quark. Quarks are held to each other by

particles scientists called gluons.

Some scientists now think that the quark is the smallest piece of matter. Scientists used to

think that atoms were the smallest bit of matter, but they discovered that it was not. Do you

think that the quark is the smallest piece of matter or do you think that there might be

something smaller inside the quark?
